Membership

Join Afghan–US Ally Bike Club and become part of a brotherhood built on unity, respect, and service. Our members are riders and supporters committed to helping Afghan refugees, supporting veterans, and strengthening the community. Membership provides opportunities to participate in rides, community outreach programs, events, and support initiatives. It also connects you with a network of individuals who share the same values of loyalty, leadership, and service.

Purpose of Membership Membership is open to individuals who support the mission, values, and brotherhood of Afghan–US Ally Bike Club. All members are expected to represent the club with respect, integrity, and professionalism.

Membership Rules & Guidelines

Code of Conduct Members must: Treat all members and the community with respect and dignity Promote unity, brotherhood, and positive behavior Follow all local, state, and federal laws Represent the club responsibly in public and online
Participation Members are encouraged to: Attend club meetings, rides, and events Participate in community outreach programs Support club initiatives and activities
Non-Discrimination We welcome members from diverse backgrounds. Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality is not tolerated.
Fees (Optional – if applicable) Members may be required to pay membership or event fees Fees will be communicated clearly in advance
Use of Club Name & Logo The club name, logo, and patches must be used respectfully and appropriately Unauthorized use or misuse is not permitted
Membership Approval All applications are reviewed by the club leadership Membership is granted based on alignment with club values The club reserves the right to approve or deny applications
Discipline & Termination Membership may be suspended or terminated if a member: Violates club rules or code of conduct Engages in harmful, illegal, or disrespectful behavior Damages the reputation of the club
Liability Members participate in rides and activities at their own risk. The club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages.
Amendments The club reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time.
